The total farm is 113 acres in size with a mile of river frontage. The owners have a permit to subdivide, creating 2 lots only. If the entire acreage does not sell, they plan to retain a small portion of the land for their residence. The 85 acres proposed is a suggested size for the large lot but the owners are open to proposals and the permit is flexible. The permit will not be acted on unless purchasers wish to. NOTE:
