While I only used a word ad and directed people who inquired to my own web page, I would probably use a photo ad if I were to do it again as this seems to be a very effective medium for the price. thanks again, We had excellent response from your site. Although, in the end, our property sold through the "Buy and Sell" the two subsequent back up offers we received were generated by "bchomesforsale.com". The time differential between offers was approx. 2 hours so our property could just as easily been sold by your excellent medium.
